H.I.M. (His Infernal Majesty) is a sinister, demonic villain who loves nothing more than chaos and destruction. His physical appearance is an amalgamation of sorts with lobster-like claws, red/orange skin, pointed ears, a hooked nose, yellow/green eyes, a long-curled beard, wearing makeup, a woman's red jacket and skirt, and black stiletto heel boots. H.I.M.'s plans are usually psychological in nature, and often consist of manipulating events to either drive the Powerpuff Girls insane or drive wedges between them. H.I.M. possesses various supernatural and demonic abilities such as shapeshifting, mind manipulation, reality warping, various kinds of energy manipulation, and more.
