The Game Boy Color was the first game console I ever owned. By today's standards, its screen was small, low-resolution, and not even backlit. Yet those limitations often encouraged players to imagine what the hardware could not fully show. The missing details were completed in the player's mind. The worlds inside those games felt larger because imagination became part of the experience. Perhaps the final graphics processor of that era was the player themselves. - BUCKCHAN
